Mrs Emma Hawa BALLO is a founding member of the EPHRATA association. She served several years as a volunteer before being recruited as a member of the executive management staff.

She has a master's degree in international public law. Passionate about new knowledge in the humanitarian field and always eager to learn and share her knowledge, Emma H. ​​Ballo has followed different training in the field of humanitarian and development with Disasterready, Humanitarian leadership academy and openclassrooms.

She worked as a volunteer with various associations and served as a 'mobile coach' for a large telecommunications company in Mali.
