Ladamou Coaching consists of identifying and training young people with talents in the field of football so that they become life coaches (Coach Ladamou) with children from their villages, neighbourhoods or communities. At least once a week, they organize meetings with the children who are members of their teams to teach them football techniques and life lessons. In 2019, a total of 169 children participated in Ladamou Coaching activities as follows:
