Young Malians (graduates or non-graduates) are hard hit and permanently affected by endemic unemployment . Most young people enter the workforce beyond their thirties. This is a disaster for the development of youth, a brake on growth and fertile ground for poverty , crime, drug addiction , illegal immigration, and extremism in all its forms .

We believe that it is essential to develop a strategy for the long term to bring real change by equipping young people with the tools and capabilities allowing them to proactively manage and create jobs and employ others youth.

This strategic orientation is to contribute, without any discrimination, to the integral development of young people through the improvement of their spiritual and emotional care , livelihood and income generation, good management of sexuality and reproductive health, listening to and involving young people as actors in promoting good governance, democracy and social justice .
